Course Objectives:

The common course syllabus lists the following objectives for this course:

Master definitions and theorems involving sets, relations and functions.
Be familiar with propositional logic.
Be familiar with mathematical reasoning, including mathematical induction and recursion
Be exposed to combinatorics.
Be familiar with graph theory.
Be exposed to Boolean Algebras.
Be exposed to computational implementations of topics covered in the other outcomes.
